INTRODUCTION
The European Geological Data Infrastructure (EGDI) is a free online platform that brings together geological data from across Europe. Developed by the Geological Surveys of Europe, EGDI lets you explore detailed maps and datasets on mineral resources, groundwater, geohazards, energy potential, and much more. With its interactive map viewer and search tools, EGDI is designed for everyone — whether you’re a policymaker making informed decisions, a researcher conducting studies, a student learning about Earth sciences, or simply someone curious about the ground beneath your feet. EGDI also provides access to most of the data through download options and web services, making it easier to integrate into your own tools and analyses.
We invite you to take part in this short survey to help us understand how you use EGDI and how we can make it better for you.
Privacy Note: The information you provide in this questionnaire will be used solely for the purpose of improving the EGDI platform and tailoring it better to user needs. Responses will be anonymised and analysed in aggregate. No personally identifiable information will be collected, stored, or shared. Participation is voluntary, and by completing the questionnaire, you agree to the use of your responses for research and development of the platform.
